Can I register more than one account?

As stated in our Terms and Conditions, each player may have only one account.

Do I have to make a deposit to be able to open an account?

You can open an account with WinPrincess without making a deposit. However this will only allow you to play demo versions of the games for fun. For more details see our Terms & Conditions.

Why do I have to open an account to play your games?

Opening an account before playing on our site is required because, by doing so, you accept the Terms & Conditions of our service and confirm that you are 18 years of age of older.

How can I change my registered phone number?

Due to security reasons you cannot personally change your registered phone number. To do so you are welcome to contact us via Live Chat or by sending an e-mail to support@winprincess.co.tz

I cannot access my account. What should I do?

Please, double check that the username/phone number and password are correct. Also note that the password is case sensitive so make sure your Caps Lock key is turned off. I have forgotten my password. What can I do to retrieve it?

I want to close my account. What should I do?

To close your account, contact us via Live Chat or by sending an e-mail to support@winprincess.com Our advisers will close your account after successful verification.

Do I have any option to set limits?

Yes, you can set a limit on your account at any time. (Limit Type: Deposit, Bet, Time and Lose) To do this you first must log in to your WinPrincess account and Click on the Username and then go to PERSONAL INFO—> LIMITS—> ADD LIMITS . You can select 1 day, 1 week or 1 month periods for many limits type
