You can register on www.winprincess.co.tz simply by clicking REGISTER on the top of the website. Enter your details in the short form provided and confirm your phone number.

As stated in our Terms and Conditions, each player may have only one account.

You can open an account with WinPrincess without making a deposit. However this will only allow you to play demo versions of the games for fun. For more details see our Terms & Conditions.

Opening an account before playing on our site is required because, by doing so, you accept the Terms & Conditions of our service and confirm that you are 18 years of age of older.

MY ACCOUNT

You can simply change the password of your profile by clicking on your Username at the top of the website and then pressing the Personal Info and then CHANGE PASSWORD button

Due to security reasons you cannot personally change your registered phone number. To do so you are welcome to contact us via Live Chat or by sending an e-mail to support@winprincess.co.tz

Please, double check that the username/phone number and password are correct. Also note that the password is case sensitive so make sure your Caps Lock key is turned off. To close your account, contact us via Live Chat or by sending an e-mail to support@winprincess.com Our advisers will close your account after successful verification.

FINANCIAL

Yes, you can set a limit on your account at any time. (Limit Type: Deposit, Bet, Time and Lose) To do this you first must log in to your WinPrincess account and Click on the Username and then go to PERSONAL INFO—> LIMITS—> ADD LIMITS . You can select 1 day, 1 week or 1 month periods for many  limits type
